The company's VoIP (packet-switched) system comprises of a number of VoIP gateways that are manufactured by leading telecommunication equipment vendors. For VoIP gateways to be connected, they must have the same VoIP standard. By using international leading brands of VoIP gateways, the company is able to establish connection with many overseas gateways and hence enlarging the company's global network reach. The company could also rely on the quality of these highly acclaimed brands of VoIP equipment and the direct linkage of these equipments to the Hong Kong Internet exchange backbone to ensure maximum bandwidth for maintaining system stability and minimizing data loss, particularly during periods of high network traffic.

In the event the outgoing calls cannot be made through the company's VoIP system due to network congestion or other technical issues, calls are automatically re-routed by the company's PBX through an external PSTN carrier to the intended destination.

The company offers comprehensive wholesale services that allow those telecommunication service providers to route their calls via the company's integrated gateway and take advantage of internet economies without having to build up an internet telephony network. To enhance its global network reach, the company has also teamed up with foreign telecommunication providers in a reciprocal arrangement whereby the company would route its outbound international calls via those foreign gateways to gain access to call destinations within those countries, and vice versa. This method enables the company to enhance its global network reach without having the need to invest large sums of capital in setting up overseas infrastructure. The principal countries currently covered by the company under this arrangement include the PRC, Taiwan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, the United States and the Philippines.
